Our Amazing Matariki Feathers

Last term on the last week of school we decorated Matariki feathers for Matariki. We had four choices and they were all different. When you were finished one you could do another one but I didn’t want to because I had already done the hardest one. We had to write our goals on the back and what we want to achieve.  It was really fun and it would be really fun to do again. I’m not a big fan of art but I still do it and this time I actually enjoyed it. We are making a korowai with the feathers because that’s what Te Ngahere has done for the past three years. What did you do to celebrate Matariki?

    1. Hi Tui, Thank you so much for commenting on my blog post about my Matariki Feather I really appreciate it. Yeah, I agree with your teacher because it’s true and if you do that you will succeed in anything. It wasn’t that hard all we had to do is print out a feather and colour it in. Again thanks for checking out my blog!
